Being an ROTC cadet has endowed me with a robust set of leadership skills that are invaluable in both professional and personal settings. Through rigorous training and diverse team-based exercises, I have learned the importance of discipline, strategic planning, and effective communication. These experiences have taught me how to lead by example, make decisive decisions under pressure, and motivate others towards achieving common goals. The ability to adapt quickly to changing situations, a skill honed in ROTC, has proven to be incredibly beneficial in everyday life, enabling me to tackle challenges with confidence and resilience. Furthermore, the emphasis on integrity and accountability has shaped my approach to interactions, ensuring I maintain high standards of honesty and reliability in all my endeavors. These leadership skills, cultivated in the ROTC, provide a strong foundation for success in any situation, fostering personal growth and the ability to positively impact those around me.

Volunteering for missions and ministries has been a deeply rewarding experience for me, especially through the opportunities I've had to serve alongside my church. I've been involved in various activities, from local cleanup efforts to more extensive projects. One of the most memorable experiences was when we traveled to New Orleans to assist in setting up a new church. Not only did we help in cleaning up and preparing the church for its opening, but we also took to the streets to evangelize and connect with the community. This trip was not just about physical labor; it was a spiritual journey that allowed us to spread hope and faith in a place eager for rejuvenation. The sense of community, purpose, and the impact we were able to make through these volunteer efforts have been incredibly fulfilling

In this position, I was responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children, ages 1 and 5. My duties included organizing and engaging in educational and fun activities, preparing meals and snacks that were both nutritious and appealing, managing bedtime routines, and providing assistance with homework. I developed strong communication skills, patience, and a deep understanding of child development needs. My commitment to ensuring the well-being and happiness of the children under my care has been paramoun.

I have honed my ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment. During my tenure, I adeptly managed diverse dining responsibilities, from taking and serving orders to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Concurrently, I embraced opportunities to develop my bartending skills, gaining foundational knowledge in mixing drinks, understanding beverage compositions, and managing bar inventory. I am willing to expand this skill set. I am committed to further enhancing my knowledge and proficiency in bartending, aspiring to combine my strong customer service background with expert beverage service to create memorable dining experiences for guests.
