Guide property tours, highlight our communities features; amenities, landscaping, convenience etc. to ensure and effectively close leases.
Process applications, verify employment/income, run screening reports for rental, criminal, and credit history and prepare leases. This is done while ensuring you're guiding/helping prospects through the whole process if need be.
Assist with move-in and move-out procedures, ensuring file compliance with Fair Housing and company standards
Maintain updated knowledge of pricing, availability, floorplans, move-in specials, and property amenities.
Conduct daily follow ups, manage quest cards, and maintain occupancy.
Handle residents concerns, service request, and account inquiries.
collaborate with vendors, management, and maintenance to ensure smooth property operations.
Maintaining a clean, organized and welcoming work environment; leasing office, property grounds and touring units.
Put into leasing traffic by in-person out reach, resident events and social media.
