Alexis Elliott

• Provide care for a wide variety of critical care patients, encapsulating all interventions within the critical care RN scope of practice.
• Manage all pharmacological medications including sedative/ vasoactive drips.
• Manages ventilated/ sedated patients, arterial lines, central lines, vas caths, and all other invasive lines.
• Provides end of life care for patients/ family as appropriate in the critical care setting.
• Collaborates with health care members in all disciplines to provide and manage care patients.

Charge Nurse

• Act as a resource to all staff members on the unit.
• Manage productivity tool and staffing
• Respond to all rapid responses and code blues.

Preceptor

• Precept new employees and acquaint them with new roles, policies and procedures.

• Place patients into rooms and beds according to their medical & social status
• Coordinate direct admissions from outside facilities.
• Coordinate patient admissions, transfers & discharges.
• Update patient accounts.
• Coordinate physician to physician phone calls
