I worked as a Kids Camp Counselor at Life Time Fitness, supporting children ages 3–12 in a fun, safe, and engaging environment. Alongside two teammates, I earned 1st place in the state of Michigan in DECA’s School-Based Enterprise category, advancing to the International Career Development Conference in Orlando, Florida. This achievement set a record for both my high school and district and demonstrated the strength of our program on a highly competitive stage.
Our success was recognized by the school district board, featured in the district newsletter and social media, and highlighted through a local newspaper interview. Throughout the experience, I developed skills in strategic marketing, financial analysis, operations management, teamwork, leadership, and professional presentation. Competing at the international level strengthened my ability to develop creative business solutions and perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.

As one of only three juniors in a group of 13 students from my school to qualify, I competed alongside more than 18,000 students from across the United States and internationally.
Specializing in Sports & Entertainment Marketing, I developed and presented real-world business and marketing solutions under strict time constraints.
