  • Within my first year of being brand new to the banking industry, I was able to meet 99.5% of all of the goals/requirements set for me. Resulting in being awarded with the Top Quarterly Performer of Q3, top 10% in our District.

This award was something I will always be proud of, and will allow me to not only - never give up but also strive for better. As being brand new to the banking industry, on top of being under an immense amount of expectations, I was learning and performing with only one other colleague who was in charge of training me to be the best I can - instead of letting it intimidate me, I allowed it to motivate me as I thrive under challenges and sometimes - stress. 

This helped improve my confidence in all areas as I was not only able to achieve the Top 10% of Bankers in our district, proving that I can meet quotas given to me - this award had a category of not only expectations, but it included customer satisfaction surveys. Knowing I can step into something that was brand new to me, and at the same time, continue to help my community was a huge success to me. I take very much pride in knowing I can produce what's given to me, but also make sure that, no matter what position I am in, my customers/clients know how much I truly care about them and the company I work for.
