I have worked as a 3rd grade teacher for 8 years. I am passionate about teaching and love to see students grow academically. I understand the different needs of students and through meaningful relationships with students and instruction, I am able to grow my students to their fullest academic abilities. I believe creating a positive and safe learning environment is essential for optimal student learning and I thrive in classroom management and structure.
