Alexis Hilton

I began nursing school in the fall of 2022 to pursue my goal of becoming a registered nurse. Through my clinical rotations I discovered a strong passion for oncology. As a highly motivated and adaptable individual, I have developed a solid foundation in clinical skills while continuously seeking opportunities to grow. My nursing education and hands-on experience have allowed me to excel in administering chemotherapy, immunotherapy, immunoglobulin therapy, blood products, and supportive medications. I’ve provided both physical and emotional care to patients and their families, delivering education and support through some of their most challenging moments. In high-pressure or emergency situations, I'm able to remain calm and communicate efficiently with the healthcare team, while prioritizing patient safety. As a new graduate nurse, my goal is to continue building my knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to my patients.
