I began as a STNA as I was working towards my LPN. The care frequently included the restorative aide for rehab.

• In 2014 I achieved my LPN and worked towards becoming a nurse preceptor.
• After achieving nurse preceptor I became assisted living manager.
• All units in each position included health care, dementia/Alzheimer's unit, rehabilitation, and assisted living.
