  • During my time at Canton Valley Dental I've grown tremendously.
  • At this job it's very fast pace and busy since it's such a big practice.
  • From greeting each person with a happy face, checking patients in and out, answering the phone, installing insurance, confirming appointments, verifying insurance/ doing insurance breakdowns, going through the email, entering payments, running reports for the end of day process. I go through each account for the next day to find past due balances and where they come from to ensure we are prepared to collect and answer any questions the patient may have, also to make sure we have a smooth day ahead. Follow up on outstanding claims, ensuring all family members have hygiene appts scheduled.
  • I also am in charge of creating fair shift schedules for the girls at the front desk and ensuring coverage when needed.
  • I love to help out and seat patients in their rooms if the assistants are busy.
  • I have taken on treatment coordinating for 4 doctors in the office. I arrange payment plans for certain patients.
  • At this office we use the eaglesoft computer system.
  • I'm always willing and eager to help out wherever I'm needed.
