  • My role was a Santa's helper, and I worked at Santa's station all season.
  • Before opening, my job was to make sure the building was clean and all lights were turned on.
  • I would also check Santa's camera and make sure it was up in running before opening.
  • When the park was open, I would be the receptionist in so I was the first person customers saw. I would answer any questions they had, and if they wanted to see Santa at a later time, I would help them find a good time and get them on the schedule.

  • At the end of the night, my job was to make sure all was swept and cleaned for the next day. I would make sure all lights were off and all customers and employees were out of the building.
  • There have been times when I had to handle situations like lost kids and parents, and someone in need of medical assistance. In these cases, I would call management and calmly help out the family, finding the lost one or the person in need of assistance in the best and efficient way possible.
