• Report directly to the CEO, lead and strategically direct the human resources and talent acquisition team.
• Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.

• Conducted full-cycle recruitment efforts to add resources to all of our functional teams including engineering, product, data, marketing, customer success, business development, design, and operations.
• Developed and refined hiring infrastructure and onboarding processes.
• Created employer branding content and acted as company evangelist.
• Clearly communicated our culture and market proposition to find candidates who aligned with our values, and had a genuine excitement for our mission.
• Success metrics include: 60%-75% year-over-year growth, < 5% first-year attrition.

• Conducted full-cycle recruitment campaigns to procure mid-to-executive level professionals for clients in the Information Technology (IT), Engineering, Finance, and Department of Defense (DoD) industries.
• Daily functions include: strategic sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, reference checks, coaching, conducting resume reviews, cold calling, direct recruiting, salary negotiating, onboarding and overall successfully matching client requirements against candidate skills to ensure the optimal fit for placement.
• Utilize talent databases, job boards, Application Tracking Systems (ATS), social media, and networking efforts in support of hiring initiatives.
• Mentor, oversee, coach, and train Sourcing Specialists to effectively increase recruiting leads for senior-level recruiting staff.

• Proactively source and screen candidates, including utilizing a variety of channels to establish qualified talent pools.
• Manage the candidates and the hiring managers throughout the full recruitment life cycle process, ensuring positive experiences and high satisfaction levels.
• Conduct robust requisition strategy meetings with the hiring manager at the onset of the process to set and manage expectations.
• Incorporate market intelligence and management information to demonstrate trends and influence decision making.

· Executed forensic data capture initiatives utilizing BI tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and proprietary financial analytics software (LUSY) in support of end-clients goal for secondary mortgage market risk mitigation.
