I have been associated with the teaching profession for several years. I am currently a long-term substitute kindergarten teacher for the RE1 Valley School District. Throughout my years with RE1 Valley, I have experienced various educator positions. I began my career as a paraprofessional, and grew to become a long-term substitute teacher for kindergarten for three years before becoming a district wide substitute for a year. After substituting for multiple grade levels within my district, I returned to kindergarten where I have been a long-term substitute for the last two years.
I have enjoyed my career as a head teacher, and I have great faith in my ability to educate young children.
I consider myself to be an attentive and adaptable teacher who is skilled in management of classroom operations. I pride myself in being effective in leveraging student feedback to create dynamic lesson plans that address individual strengths and weaknesses. I strive to be an engaging and patient teacher, committed to promoting a safe learning environment for all. I am dedicated to building relationships with students and coworkers, and I pride myself in contributing to my profession by being detail-oriented and compassionate with extensive knowledge in various subjects.
