Working with the SCRIPS computer program ( 1 year)(12 months) Throughout my employment, I’ve processed confidential business tax documents with measured work to complete, using the computer program have met the measured work goals of OE (Original Entry)/DV (Data Validation) of programs K-1/941s/940s/ACA/IRP. I entered data for Schedule K-1s, (Form 1065, Form 1041, and Form 1120-S). I also entered Forms 1095-C (ACA), Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage, 941s, and 940s, Employer's Annual Federal Unemployment (FUTA) Tax Return.
Working With the ISRP Computer Program - (1 Year) (12 months) I went through two approximate 2-3 week training classes to learn how to key 941 Employer's Quarterly Federal Tax Return and ISRP 1040 Individual Income Tax documents. I also received a 1-hour training on BMF ISRP 706s and worked on Priors and Current Years. With the continued entry of documents and quality checks, I met the measured work goals and had multiple no errors in entry in all ISRP programs.
Files - (6 months) Sorted Documents. The Service Center (FLC), Tax Class, Doc Code, Julian Date, Block Series, Sequence/page number, and year digit, were all needed to correctly sort the document locator number (DLN). Organized files based on their DLN and Tax year. Separated different tax forms from each other. Refilled tax documents in the bay.
Mailroom (3 Month) Processed Undelivered Mail. Used a letter opener to open closed mail. Used a roadmap to determine if mail needed to be sent to Research, Work lead, or properly disposed of in a burn bin.
