  • Spearheaded and organized Westlake Royals Junior Tennis Teams Programs. Coordinated with regional and state USTA JTT (Junior Team Tennis) officials to help with the data and support in my proposal for the program. Proposed the program City of Mesquite in summer of 2024 and the program was greenlit in October 2024.
  • Coordinated with local middle school & high school Coaches to promote team tryouts and the team select program.
  • Prioritized in scouting/coach disadvantaged city youth that have tremendous potential for tryouts. Students from outside the City of Mesquite have participated in these teams (Forney, Sunnyvale, Balch Springs, Garland, Highland Park, Dallas, etc.)
  • Created and organized off-season tennis camps & high performance training for 1 years.
  • Managed program budget for 1 tennis programs, 2 teams.
  • Maintained and improved facilities for Westlake Royals JTT tennis programs through dedicated fundraising, grant applications and solicitation of corporate sponsorships & partnerships (DIADEM & RECRUITED : College tennis recruitment platform).

  • Revitalized a dead programming that was without a coach for two years, classes started at 2 students a class now 6 or more per class. Worked hard to regrow the program and community trust in the facility since working at Westlake Sports Center.
  • Created and organized summer tennis camps for various skill levels and age groups for the 2 years.
  • Offer to coach disadvantaged youth with potential at a discounted rate to give them the opportunity to train and learn.
