Responsible for Leading the implementation of S/4 Hana system for all WEST Plants and support EAST plants. Led the Ariba Supply Collaboration Tool for West region in 2023. Support the Control Tower and IBP Initiatives for PTP Team validating the information and performance UAT's testing.

In Ariba, Responsible for: Create project charter and scope statement, establish project governance, determine success metrics and how it will be achieved. Ensure project team is fully aligned on desired business outcomes and KPIs. Provide business requirements, answer questions on requirements. Decide on supplier adoption strategy (“flight plan”). Earn supplier buy-in and enforce compliance. Endorse solution design through participation in fit-to-standard and delta design workshops. Direct and manage project execution. Communicate status and progress. Manage project issues, risks, and changes. Execute UAT testing cycle.

S/4 Hana Lead: Responsible of the success of Program Contour PTP Workstream their geography. Serves as primary point of contact. Works with Program leads to establish local timelines for testing, dry run, training, cutover, and support activities. Ensures necessary local inputs needed for configuration, testing, cutover are received. Drives local training, including learning model, needs assessment, role-to-course mapping, and training logistics. Ensures communication and change management practices are in place to inform and prepare Material Management Team and staff of the activities of Project Contour. Drives local punch-list activities needed for cutover, go-live, and hyper-care support.

Manage a team of Regional & Local vendor scheduling specialists. Leading and motivate the team in a high-performing business environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including influencing, listening, teamwork, and building value-based relationships.

Direct and monitoring KPIs related to material availability, MRB (Age of Stock / Block Stock), UISS/BCP, WOS, SSDR, PO Creation/Past due and any improvement initiative.

Actively support in the revision of the CPS Procurement Policy with the plants to ensure compliance.

Manage the conversion of customer forecasts and orders into valid material plans to ensure on-time availability of raw materials to meet production demand and maintenance of inventory levels as per Company policy.

Manage Americas confidential ingredients and packaging purchasing activities. Participate in the development and execution of supply management business plans and objectives in support of the Commercial Products Supply strategies.

Identify and recommend improvements to supply chain metrics and performance standards using industry knowledge and best practices to secure benefits for the plant, suppliers and or customers (e.g. cost savings).

Led the Business Continuity Plan in Atlanta leading Procurement Team arising from the impact of Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico and played a critical role in guaranteeing continuity of supply to our customers and ensured a successful outcome for the system.

Responsible for UISS/BCP Materials for the Contingency Plants (Costa Rica, Ballina, Marko and Mexico). Procure the inventory by plant and rotate its according agreements, Set-up all Master Data for materials and Vendors.

Collaborated with cross-functional teams to align goals and ensure project success.
