Assisted with steaming and organizing designer collections, ensuring that garments were properly prepared for presentation. Dressed models and reviewed looks for approval before they were sent to the runway. Managed guest check-ins and coordinated seating arrangements to ensure smooth event operations. Contributed to the success of both Spring and Fall Fashion Weeks.

Employed in the Recreational Department at two Hyatt properties, responsible for the maintenance and operation of pool and gym facilities. Engaged with hotel guests to ensure exceptional service, addressing their needs and enhancing their overall experience. Collaborated with team members in a dynamic, interactive environment to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of public areas. Additionally, responsible for organizing and facilitating engaging recreational activities, creating memorable experiences for guests.

Responsible for coordinating the organization and distribution of uniforms across various hotel departments, ensuring proper fit and comfort for all employees. Duties included sorting and organizing dry-cleaned uniforms, as well as tagging and managing guest belongings for the hotel's lost and found, ensuring efficient tracking and return of items.
