  • Recruited, managed and reorganized staff when necessary for large 6,000 square ft indoor dog training academy/daycare/boarding facility with 105-dog-per-day capacity in Beverly, MA.
  • Implemented creative ideas to ensure customer retention and growth via swift problem solving at massive, constantly active facility in owner's complete absence during second location build.
  • Re-wrote and worked with professional design firm to re-launch entire website within weeks to coincide with Peabody, MA location opening.
