Shift Manager/ Corporate Trainer/Bartender

Responsible for making and serving drinks, including crafting a variety of cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. I also prep garnishes, mixers, and batch drinks to ensure we’re ready for high-volume service. Part of my role involves creating new cocktails for the menu, experimenting with ingredients to keep the drink list fresh and exciting.

I handle cash and credit card transactions, making sure all payments are processed accurately and customers receive the correct change. At the end of the night, I count the cash drawer to ensure everything balances.

I regularly count inventory and place orders for liquor and bar supplies when stock is running low. It’s also up to me to make sure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and efficiency throughout the shift.

I help train new bartenders, teaching them drink recipes, customer service skills, and bar operations. Additionally, I oversee the bar’s operations, offering assistance during busy shifts and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

When a new store opens, I travel to help with the setup, ensuring the bar is stocked and staff are trained properly. Overall, my role involves a mix of bartending, management, and ensuring the bar operates efficiently and maintains high-quality service.
