As a collections specialist, I was responsible for calling resolving overdue bills and collecting payments from those individuals or businesses responsible for them, all while protecting their privacy. My duties were to monitor overdue accounts to track new payments and document continued issues. Achieve long-term financial goals by negotiating credit extensions between clients and businesses.
