At Mister Car Wash I started as the lowest level you can. Within only 3 months of working there, they seen my potential and promoted me to a manager in training and started me in their management program. In another 3 months I was promoted again to assistant manager. Then 4 months after that I was running the store with 13 employees as a manager. Once I was able to run the store, I made it a priority to personally learn the pH of each chemical used, and how it’s applied to be able to work on small and big adjustments everyday. In a short amount of time, my location had and still has the best wash quality out of the entire region. I used this knowledge to then travel to other locations to help them make the adjustments they may not know how to make to improve wash quality. With running a business, I learned how to order and stock inventory. Along with becoming very efficient at making schedules and game plans for the entire team. A big part of my job was also training our newest managers in training to help them excel in our management program, and teach them everything they need to know. I would interview new candidates for our starting position and for our management positions.
