  • Lead the effort for the Integrated Planning and Transformation team to create evaluation criteria for prioritizing new initiatives for the Office of the Chief Operating Officer to help further aid the office in reaching the agency's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Facilitated meetings with Office of the Chief Operating Officer associate directors to inform the decision to move forward with Integrated Planning's New Initiative Process which will aid the office in planning and budgeting for future fiscal years.
  • Worked in conjunction with the Risk Management and Compliance team to conduct research and gather data from agency stakeholders in order to develop a risk profile for the application of generative artificial intelligence. This profile will be integrated into the agency's Enterprise Risk Management Framework following the director's approval.
  • Collaborated with the Strategy and Performance Management team to collect information on data collection across the Office of the Chief Operating Officer (OCOO) to help identify key performance indicators that will aid in monitoring OCOO core service performance.
