  • Filled Production Controller Position for 6 months, led 5 personnel, processed 12K crypto assets, briefed Chief of Support and Chief of Maintenance on trends. Which overall netted a 95% on-time production rate for FY 23
  • Served as Alternate Military Interservice Coordinating Officer (MICO). Coordinated with 69 agencies for contract renewals and contract update in support of $500K Non-Air Force FY 24 repair budget
  • Provide Chief of Support with applicable monthly metrics of equipment processed per cycle utilizing PIDS management information system and Crystal Database
  • Provides Cost estimates on COMSEC, ATE, and SIGNT Mx items to streamline the Branch's 95% turn in rate on depot-level maintenance.
  • Utilizes PIDS to process Crypto assets across 5 work centers in support of the maintenance branch $3 Billion cryptographic sustainment plan.
  • Coordinates with COMSEC/ATE work center to provide quarterly repair forecasting requirements for COMSEC Air and Ground
  • Identified incorrect MICAP procedures. Drafted new standard operating procedure, trained 2 members and implemented inventory control measures to safeguard sensitive items and equipment
  • Utilizes the Maintenance Branch's $1.2M FY 23 operating budget to processes DD 2005 to purchase support and test equipment across 4 work centers in support of repairing 12K crypto assets
  • Coordinated with Maintenance Support Section Chief to process 1.6K NSA assets across 3 work centers. Which led to the recouping of $2.2M across 10 Other Governmental Agencies
  • Prepared monthly branch metrics across the maintenance floors to broadcast workflow on-time requirements met
