I would figure out what foods would go on the right platter, communicated and leaded peers to figure out how to work together to make sure the food is going out in a timely matter. I would have someone figuring out the orders and someone running down the food to the customers, so we are moving quickly, and the food is staying hot. I also had to communicate with the chefs to see when the orders will be ready so I’m able to time everything out accordingly. I also organized the condiments, boxes, and gave out drinks and food to customers on the golf course.

I have been attending CIT for 4 years specializing in Masonry. I would perform brick laying structures such as walls, fireplaces, inside corners/ outside corners, coin corners. I also performed block building patios, basements, and walls. Tile work, molds, finishing, sanding, and cutting. I would lead my crew towards the right direction in order to get our jobs done in a timely manner.
