- Played a role as a team leader that managed roughly seven associates. Typically, I would train them on how to look at quality in parts. Quality consisted of counting holes and making sure there were no splits.
- Also kept track of production quantity, which I then put into an online portal for the management to view.
- Ran the second largest stamping press in the world. Being an operator is very rewarding because there is a lot to learn about how the machine operates.
- Completed daily quality worksheets on jobs we completed in a day. Usually, this could range from one job to three jobs a day.
