Played a role as a team leader that managed roughly seven associates. Typically, I would train them on how to look at quality in parts. Quality consisted of counting holes and making sure there were no splits.

Ran the second largest stamping press in the world. Being an operator is very rewarding because there is a lot to learn about how the machine operates.
