• Getting to know the customer

Before the appointment, stylists will contact customers by phone or email to ask about their likes, dislikes, needs, sizing, and fit preferences.

• Preparing options

Stylists will pull options and set them up in a dressing room for the customer.

• Helping customers find clothing

Stylists can help customers find clothing that fits their body type and create complete looks. They can also recommend shoes and accessories to complement the customer's outfits.

• Providing styling tips

Stylists can offer personalized styling tips and educate customers on what to buy and why. They can also suggest that customers try new things and help them feel confident about their outfits.
