Provided customer service to the community and tourist arriving from around the world in Las Vegas NV. I'll interact using the Lyft Drivers ap. Lyft will send me ride requests when I will use Lyft navigation mode. Will pick up the rider, and safely transport the party as safely as possible to their final destination, fulfilling the riders needs before during and after the ride. some times I will get a request to pick either car parts or clerical items etc, to have them delivered to the client as soon as possible. Many of my rides were elderly that needed their ride to go to their appointments which I took pride on delivering in a professional manner. Loved to make people feel secure. I accomplished to deliver more than13000 rides in a period of 4 and a half years. Loved it very much.

As an assistant manager I was able to open or close the restaurant system leaving it ready for the morning opening manager. Through out the day I had to performed different tasks to help the smooth operation of the restaurant as well as conducting orientations for all the new employees that arrived, coordinate and distribute the work load, provided customer service to insure that we were increasing our clientele. Performed money pulls from the register so I can make money drops in our safe so we could have it ready for the armored truck. Prep more food as we needed it if we were running out of some of our specialty food. When directed by my General manager I will make the food purchase using our Burger King system and our compare sheet . At night I will be changing static clings and signage as to post our new specials. Also once we had that particular Burger King restaurant, my Director Of Operations will send me to a different BK restaurant to assist the General Manager of that other BK on any shift he needed with. I performed just about any and every task at BK except making the work shift for the crew. I was very successful at Burger King restaurants until I migrated to Las Vegas Nevada on a scorching summer of 2018.
