Alfred Cook

Native of Flint that focused on the clinical sciences. Working in the family laboratory provided me with experience in microbiology, laboratory management and staff development. Transitioning to education allowed me to focus on student achievement in the sciences. I always have enjoyed doing hands on experiment with science students. Teaching for over 22 years I find myself ready for a new placement in education. I am ready to become a building assistant principal with the goal of eventually becoming a building principal. Completing the masters in leadership in education followed by completion of my EdS will allow me to use my leadership skills to increase student achievement and create a positive school culture and create a professional community for teacher and the community
