• Throughout my experience, I have developed skills that translate directly into this position. While working in outside operations at Spring Lake Golf Club and in high-volume restaurant environments, I learned how to stay organized, communicate effectively, and perform under pressure. These roles required me to think quickly, work efficiently with others, and consistently meet expectations. In addition, assisting a general contractor gave me exposure to real-world business operations, where I developed a practical understanding of how decisions impact outcomes and how to approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
• My background as a varsity athlete has also played an important role in shaping my work ethic and mindset. Balancing academics and athletics required consistency, accountability, and the ability to stay focused on long-term goals. I bring that same level of commitment and discipline into everything I do, including my academic work and professional development.
