As a direct support staff; I assists participants with disabilities maintain a balanced lifestyle in society. I work with participating workshops and establishment personnel to introduce modern day living to help the disabled participants gain knowledge in everyday living. I drive an agency van for pick ups and drop-off of participants in attendance. I keep a log of route activity as well as vehicle log to secure proper maintenence for safety and state regulations. I am a team player also work well independently.
