As an IPQC my job was to monitor and inspect all the processes ensuring GMP compliance and verifying records making sure all the following processes are correct. My procedures include overseeing production and manufacturing activities. As a QC or an IPQC, my duties were to detect defects or deviations from standards during the manufacturing process. It involves testing and inspections performed on products or samples as they are being made put together or manufactured. as a professional with the background of over 4 years plus of Quality Control and automotive experience quality of the product has always been our highest priority and demand some of the skills have learned in the process of being an IPQC how to easily solve and decode problems team work and respectful communications and for my experience from my recent job such as final ASMB 1, final ASMB 2, final ASMB 3, post test final ASMB, Control panel PTP, Harting Roof Sub, Busbar Sub, Main Busbar Sub, Backplate Sub, Control Panel Sub, Roofplate Sub, load bank Sub, Acc/Hipot/PTP test, FAT, IPQC /FQC, Crimping, etc…

• As a quality control inspector, my duties were to inspect the middle console for the Tesla vehicles make sure it's properly assembled with no defect, maintain at his highest quality with care and professionalism.
• As a highly trained quality control inspector with over 4 years experience I doublecheck and inspect for further details of the console inside and outside wire harness, clips, glue, pan marks, chips, missing pen, flocking, scratch's or any cuts that might not appear possible to be seen by others.
• On the daily basis at work, I collaborate with my team and others team or department if possible to work together to accomplish the task as soon as possible with the most time we have.
• As a quality control inspector I am proud to be part of the community of inspectors or the automotive industry.

• I work on Tesla vehicle model Y rear subframe on the assembly line GA.4.
• As a Production associate I assembled and build the chassis frame from scratch A to Z.
• My duties were to put all the pieces together correctly with safety measures and using all necessary equipment It takes to complete the job one hundred percently done.
• I did anything from wire harness, sensors, coil Springs, to shooting bolts assembled and disassemble, the brake system, the rotors and the knuckle system on the rear subframe and inspect parts for damages like tension bar, rear subframe motor, stabilizer, Coil Springs, bolts, sensors, machines and equipment, used to participate or complete the job as a future tech I am happy and proud to part of economy, or Tesla industry it helps further and extend my career into the automotive industry.

• Minghua is a branch of Tesla where quality control inspectors and production workers come together to work on Tesla products before they are assembled. As a Quality technician, my duties are to check the quality of all incoming and outgoing material and products, and production procedures. The ideal candidate will possess a trained eye for detail and will be reliable and committed. In depth knowledge and comprehension of quality standards is essential. The goal is to ensure that our products are made of flawless materials with well-functioning equipment. That way our customers will enjoy high-quality merchandise so that we can achieve long-term success. Duties Responsibilities Understand, adhere to, and practice safety guidelines in the production environment. Inspects and approves finished goods in-process raw material product by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests. Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizes re-work and nonconformity material, and inputs data into the quality database. Report and provide feedback to associates regarding recurrent defects and escalate to supervisors. • As a polisher I measured and marked the Tesla model Y bumpers parts to meet grinding and polishing standards.
• I Use grinding tools, sandpaper, polishing fluids and chemicals to smoothly and professionally finish the products.
• I Repaired and maintained equipment, objects and parts using hand tools.
• Removed surface imperfections and applied chemicals to finish work surfaces.

• As a forklift operator my duties are to pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring the exact number and types of product is loaded.
• I load and unload shipments of various sizes using a sit-down forklift or pallet jacks.
• As a Forklift operator I am responsible for operating and managing industrial trucks to load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas, machines and loading docks, into railroad cars or trucks or storage facilities.

• Read order to determine catalog number, size, color, and amount of goods.
• Picked customer orders for consignment using RF scanner.
• Carried and transported orders to shipping locations.
• Ensured that the accurate number and type of product was loaded and shipped.
• Experience using a pallet jack.

• As a quality control inspector at Minghua my duties are to inspect the bumpers for any packaging marks cloud or any damages defect and make a correction before the materials get shipped out to Tesla branches and factories for assembly.
• Read order to determine catalog number, size, color, and amount of goods.
• Picked customer orders for consignment using RF scanner.
• Carried and transported orders to shipping locations.
• Ensured that the accurate number and type of product was loaded and shipped.
• Experience using a pallet jack.
