As an IPQC my job was to monitor and inspect all the processes ensuring GMP compliance and verifying records making sure all the following processes are correct. My procedures include overseeing production and manufacturing activities. As a QC or an IPQC, my duties were to detect defects or deviations from standards during the manufacturing process. It involves testing and inspections performed on products or samples as they are being made put together or manufactured. as a professional with the background of over 4 years plus of Quality Control and automotive experience quality of the product has always been our highest priority and demand some of the skills have learned in the process of being an IPQC how to easily solve and decode problems team work and respectful communications and for my experience from my recent job such as final ASMB 1, final ASMB 2, final ASMB 3, post test final ASMB, Control panel PTP, Harting Roof Sub, Busbar Sub, Main Busbar Sub, Backplate Sub, Control Panel Sub, Roofplate Sub, load bank Sub, Acc/Hipot/PTP test, FAT, IPQC /FQC, Crimping, etc…
