I currently work at the RaDD project in San Diego for Turner Construction. I am responsible for two Structures 1A and 2A. Which consist of a parking structure and a four story building.

• I have been given the opportunity. To have been hired with STANDARD DRYWALL INC. The time I have been Safety Coordinator in charge of 2 Sub Stations at Lax (people mover) and 25 workers. Finishing up a job at Tule River Casino in Porterville, Ca. Working with other Sub Contractors under us.
• Investigated safety incidents and drafted reports detailing results.
• Made recommendations to company policies and overall culture to improve worker safety.
• Every morning we get together. And I share with them the hazards to look for.
• Once a week we have a tool box talk. On different topics and issues
• I am on the Safety Committee working with W.E. O'Neil Construction. Every 2 weeks we get together and discuss Safety issues.
• Every Day I do my daily inspection and report of all our Scaffold Structure. Check for Leveling of structure, missing members and making sure that the workers. That are working off the structure comply with Standard Drywall's rules and regulations. And that they are working in a safe manner.
