Under direction of the Manager V, I monitor and resolve issues with kiosks transactions. I act as the liaison between the kiosk vendor and various DMV divisions (ISD, ASD, OD), including coordinating the addition or relocation of kiosks. I work with various DMV divisions to research customer issues and facilitate timely resolution. Duties of my position includes researching and analyzing rules and regulations that impact the kiosk program. I have been tasked with preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRD), reviewing Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) with developers, and Statements of Work (SOW) for inclusion in contracts, which require that I research to ensure the accuracy of the policy, security and technical aspects of the program. I research and respond to public inquiries regarding the kiosk program and services. My function also includes gathering business requirement data as well as analytics to estimate work flow, customer trends and to project customer usage of kiosks. I am the main point of contact in my unit and lead tester for any new or existing kiosk application related project. I field calls and emails from the kiosk vendor, both internal/external during and outside of normal work hours. I perform user acceptance testing (UAT) , and volunteer in assisting ISD ST PQA DL/VR teams in rolling out new applications to the kiosk, and also do regression testing to ensure all applications are working as expected.

I perform user acceptance testing, working with functions both within and outside of DMV to ensure customer’s transactions are properly processed.
I supervise 12 employees who perform duties relative to the Financial Responsibility Traffic Accident Program. I plan organize, monitor workloads to ensure work commitments and time frames are met. Interview, hire, train/develop employees, foster teamwork toward providing quality customer service, monitor employee performance, prepare performance reports, communicate effectively with customers and employees as it pertains to the Financial Responsibility laws, document personnel issues, prepare statistical reports, and assess operational efficiency in my assigned section and other duties as assigned.
