- Provide the highest level of verbal and written customer service in a timely and professional manner through phone, SMS, email, and chat.

Self-Serve Demo Drive - Fleet Manager.
- Managed up to 140 site locations and 300 VINs, ensuring all vehicles were returned from drives by the end of every night.
- Collaborated daily with Fleet Management, Logistics, Regional Managers, Store Leaders, and Service Technicians via Teams chats to ensure seamless operations for upcoming site launches and ongoing site operations.
- Spearheaded the launch of new SSDD sites, starting from TRT, and facilitated communication by creating a dedicated Teams chat with all relevant parties for each new site.
- Cleaned and maintained vehicles at the Henderson site on a weekly basis.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Assisted in quality assurance initiatives, providing insights to upper leadership, and tracking team performance against defined metrics.
- Facilitated call reviews for sales advisors to enhance their sales skills by analyzing a range of call scenarios and performance levels.
Solar Virtual Consultations.
- Piloted the Solar Ambassador Team by traveling to the Southern California regions, Texas regions, and South Florida regions.
- Presented in over 40 showrooms to Tesla advisors, customer experience managers, and store leaders regarding the utilization of the configurator on the website, bringing energy to EV customers.
- Created cross-collaboration chats with each showroom to be utilized as a direct contact, and bridge the gap between Tesla Advisors and those in the field.
- Created high-level recaps sent to senior management after each trip to summarize the impact made in the showrooms, and providing feedback for future trips.
