  • Collaborated daily with Fleet Management, Logistics, Regional Managers, Store Leaders, and Service Technicians via Teams chats to ensure seamless operations for upcoming site launches and ongoing site operations.
  • Spearheaded the launch of new SSDD sites, starting from TRT, and facilitated communication by creating a dedicated Teams chat with all relevant parties for each new site.

  • Created high-level recaps sent to senior management after each trip to summarize the impact made in the showrooms, and providing feedback for future trips.
