Hello, I am interested in working at Rocket Mortgage for many reasons. I am interested in Rocket Mortgage because of the culture, disciplines structure and am always persuing personal development in and out of a career. Rocket will allow me to have stability in a career and still get compensated accordingly based on the
hard work that I put in. I'm familiar with the companies isms and in the military we have something similar, they are called the army values. They are Loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity and personal courage. I have experience in sales, and have worked with many sales coaches, currently have a sales mentor and was a mentor myself for two years for over 100 real estate agents. I'd like to truly make a career out of this as I also have sales and team management skills and have helped build, run and manage a team of 12 agents in real estate, from handling all leads, budgeting for lead purchase, converting the leads and ensuring a proper rate of return, along with of course the day to day tasks such as training the team, weheather sales training, CRM software training, script trininng and rehearsing. I live by relationships and sales scripts and practicing, so have a hybrid approach to converting leads. As said, I'd love to be a part of Rocket and make a career out of it, I'd like to run and manage a sales team with Rocket one day and take that same energy and put it into a company that is on a mission and looks out for it's employees. I currently work with the military but only one weekend per month, so should not be a conflict to work full time or overtime.
