- Designed and built the Digital Experience Analytics Data Ingestion Pipeline in 2022, creating a multi stage ETL pipeline that read session data from S3, kafka, and dynamo db and batched transformed data in S3 for final push to data lake. - Created solution for schema changes in Digital Experience Analytics session data, enabling capture of custom metadata and signals; built Kafka consumer and AWS Batch pipeline from scratch to drive schema migrations across all Digital Experience Analytics iceberg datasets.
- Developed Page Tags feature to enhance data categorization of session recordings; simplified data backfill update process to improve feature latency and usability for end customers, facilitating successful feature launch.

- Designed Client-Side Targeting: Defined a typed JSON Logic Tree contract enabling the Scala backend to pre-evaluate server-side logic and return a partially-evaluated tree for the TypeScript browser SDK to finish locally. Eliminated multiple round-trip calls reducing P90 latency from ~1,300ms to ~700ms across all Qualtrics Digital customers. This also enabled the development of a Mobile SDK supporting Qualtrics Digital in Mobile Applications built across iOS, Android, and React Native.
- Designed IQDirectory Integration (Cross-Channel Contact Frequency): Built a per-datacenter proxy exposing a batched frequency-check endpoint (JWT auth: credentials never exposed to client) and a Kafka contact event producer. Designed for ~750 req/sec; enabled enterprise customers (Ameriprise, Liberty Mutual) to prevent duplicate survey contacts across web, email, and mobile.
