My first job was at a wedding card company as a sales person. Most of my work there was helping customers find the best card that they would like and being able to figure what would make them happy and have a good experience.
Started with a small experience in baking and making desserts that I picked up at home and then I was able to do great recipes, from simple ones like pain perdu, pancakes and crepes, to cream brulee and brownies. I was able to pick up the stationary work fast and was able to hold it on my own but due to the recent war breakout i had to relocate outside of the country and stopped working there
After the war I picked up the chance to be in the Mon Maki team as a bartender and waiter. Serving drinks and appetizers to people and helping them out to figure what to order.
