My name is Ali Pendergrass and I live in rural Eastern Washington raising children and chickens while maintaining a full-time career.   • Manage and oversee all office staff and am responsible for all general office management tasks as well as
    training and SOP development for all other office staff
  • As the Finance Controller, I supervise a team of accountants and perform monthly audits and report each month to the CPA on all completed reconciliations of the company checking and savings accounts, loans and lines of credit and credit card accounts and provide month end audit and financial analysis reports
  • I am the sole member of the company's Human
    Resources department and oversee and advise on all
    company benefits and negotiate annual health benefit
    plans with our insurance broker, as well as manage the
    company's 401K plan, and several employee perk and

  • My position as the Director of Marketing with Wenspok Companies, a Wendy’s franchisee group, was constantly in motion and evolving alongside our local community's needs
  • At its core, my role with the company made me responsible for all local media placement, local partnerships and marketing sponsorships, press releases, graphic design, print and digital content development, and all customer and employee facing branding within the local franchisee scope
  • A large portion of my day would be spent facilitating philanthropic donations of both monetary and time spent value
  • These donations would be given to local non-profits and schools
  • Additionally, I helped procure funds for the Wendy’s Wonderful Kids organization via The Dave Thomas Foundation
