Running, biking, caming, hiking, baking

Hello!

I am a wife, mama, and doggy mom that loves to be active. My passion for health and a healthy lifestyle pours into my professional and personal life. As a family, we take full advantage of the beautiful scenery Tennessee has to be outside and active. I have been a runner and participated in running community groups for most of my adult life. We also enjoy camping and hiking and take our boys out as often as possible in our camper to all the great nearby parks.
