In my past and current occupations, I have learned to adapt to a high stress and fast-paced environment by creating a mental checklist of what needs to be done or is already done. This helped me in providing great customer service while remaining calm because of how I prioritize neccessities. I especially help my coworkers if I see they are struggling or are stressed. I ask where they need me or what they need me to do, and if they don't need my assistance, I continue my job by helping with customers or maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant. When I am on the clock, I put my job before my personal needs by making sure everything is resolved and in order before I take time to relax.
