  • Set up a WeChat account to post interesting psychology facts daily and talk about their worries under a mascot of Paomellow account being controlled by different club members each day
  • Controlled the account twice a week to reply to students' concerns and create special posts during quarantine
  • Trained members to control the account and reply in coherent ways, and discuss tough situations together with anonymity of the student with concern
