Leads operations and strategies for the Community Foundation of the Ozarks Affiliate Foundation Program.

• Supervises and coordinates affiliate network which is comprised of 55 affiliate foundations across 62 counties with assets totaling $255 million.
• Hires and supervises affiliate team members working around the region; includes partnerships with 12 affiliate foundations who have part-time coordinators.
• Oversees operations for all affiliate foundations throughout the region including, but not limited to staff training, affiliate department budgeting, grants administration, accounts payable, newsletter content, and affiliate board development.
• Develops and implements initiatives that promote collaboration and growth opportunities throughout the region. (GRO, ROHI, OCCF.)
• Works directly with the Development and Communications team to promote the Transfer of Wealth and 5% solution to encourage planned giving.
• Cultivates and nurtures relationships with potential donors, corporate/business sponsors, professional advisors, and nonprofit agency partners through the affiliate foundation network.
• Represents foundation to various and diverse individuals and groups.
• Assists donors in achieving their philanthropic goals by helping facilitate their annual giving and encourage legacy giving.
• Develop program wide learning and educational opportunities including inclusion and diversity training for affiliate board members.
• Oversee state wide annual Rural Philanthropy Summit in partnership with Philanthropy Missouri
• Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic initiatives and long term goals.

• Provided personalized management to 17 affiliate foundations in the west region of the service area, increasing their engagement and impact to their local communities.
• Streamlined internal processes for increased efficiency, resulting in reduced overhead costs.
• Set up annual affiliate grant rounds and processed grant requests.
• Assisted affiliate foundations with annual fundraising events by setting up campaigns, secured insurance and paid vendors for services.
• Managed annual affiliate conference event including securing keynote, developing educational content and setting up the agenda.
• Improved affiliate foundation engagement with regular communication and progress updates.

• Develop agency resources through fundraising/donor relations, community relations, and media relations.
• Promote community awareness of agency efforts through social media and the agency website.
• Other duties include: design and distribute marketing materials, assist programs with grant writing, recruit volunteers, maintain donor database, represent agency at community resource fairs, and chair fundraising committee.
• Also assist Neighborhood Centers with Poverty Simulations, collect and organize ROMA information for agency, and track donations and volunteer hours as submitted by Neighborhood Center Supervisors.
