  • Responsible for creating and presenting customized, high-impact training programs for front desk, food and beverage, engineering and housekeeping associates within hotels for primary clients Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt and Ritz-Carlton
  • Create and present customized training programs for other organizations whose goal is to increase their Net Promoter Score and provide five-star customer service and problem resolution such as casinos, hospitals, valet companies, and other organizations
  • Responsible for training programs that have helped many hotels increase their Guest Satisfaction, or Net Promoter Scores elevating their key metrics from the “red zone” to the “green zone.” Chosen out of over 100 applicants by Marriott International to design, present and license a program for their hotel engineers nationwide
  • Delivered this program to engineers in all of the major markets nationwide
  • Trained Marriott in-house trainers to deliver the program
  • This curriculum is still utilized by the Marriott International engineering division and being presented by their HR and T&D staff
  • Won the "2010 Best of the Best Award" presented by the Assisted Living Federation of America, after presenting "BE AWESOME, NOT AVERAGE!" Hospitality Training Program to over 100 front desk receptionists for an assisted living organization
  • Was invited to the ALFA international convention to deliver the keynote presentation on the award-winning training
  • Provide executive leadership and manager programs, retreats and executive coaching to improve performance, review past year and set goals for upcoming year or season
  • Facilitate “Teams in Turmoil” programs to turn around and increase effectiveness of departments with inflamed issues.

  • Launched a new training division within CBRE developing and presenting a extensive range of soft skills programs including “Five Star Presentation Skills.” Interviewed, hired and led a team of trainers to deliver programs nationwide
  • Supported Department Heads and Subject Matter Experts by creating unique curriculum and training for an extensive quarterly New Employee Orientation and for their specific programs
  • Interfaced with all CBRE locations nationwide informing them of new curriculum and planning future training programs in their locations to meet specific needs
  • Coordinated all aspects of event planning for training programs held in all major US markets
  • Coordinated the successful rollout of approximately ten mergers and acquisitions nationwide with the intention of keeping the culture and values of the original organization, The Koll Company, intact and all employees well informed throughout the process
  • Developed an extensive cultural development and communications plan making the integration seamless
  • This approach resulted in a higher level of collaboration, cooperation and the organization reaching its performance targets
  • Established and maintained major client relationships with GTE, Bank of America, Fleet Bank, Dow Chemical, American Building Maintenance and Elite Technologies.
