I was in charge of making sure all myside work was completed before and after my shift. Made sure my guest felt comfortable and welcomed so they can have a good experience. Answered phone calls to take orders and to answer any questions the guest may have had about the food. Made sure my section for the day was always bussed and ready for the next guest (s) to be seated. As a Hostess it was my responsibility to make sure all to-go orders were packed and done correctly, take phone orders and take in person orders as well. My duties as a Customer Service Representative was to provide great service and create a relationship with the clients in order for them to have a good experience with us and for them to repeat business. I was their to take calls and help clients with any problems they may have had and answer any questions they had about the services. I was responsible for University Scans with that I needed to type up cover letters with the clients names, date, and signed by a supervisor. Once signed it will be scanned I sent to the schools the client provided on their application. I was also in charge of the Mail Room. The responsibility i had with the mail was to send out Original Documents, Evaluation and Translations back to the clients once the service over. I had to make sure addresses matched what was on the application and in the portal and make sure their was a mailing fee payment. I was also doing Typing's and file those typing's once done. My responsibility as a Cashier/Guest Services was to provide guest with excellence service and made sure that their experience with our company was a good one. Also, had to make sure the line was kept cleaned and organized through out my whole shift. Through out the day my team members and I would take turns on the floor cleaning and refilling any products that are low on stock and talk with the guest and make sure they didn't need anything and ask how their experience with us was. A few other things I did was help BOH prep and cook food. At the end of my shift it was my duty to count both drawers and make sure they both had the correct amount of money inside. Pack and take to-orders over the phone and make sure they were made and packed properly. Made any accommodations the guest may need in order for them to have a good experience
