I have been an animal lover my whole life. I grew up in 4H and FFA, went on to work in veterinary medicine and now own my own mini farm. My experience in animal care, outgoing personality and drive to help others means I will always go the extra mile to help customers get exactly what they need.
As the front desk receptionist, I am the first face prospective and current clients see when they visit the studio. My responsibilities include accepting payments, recommending classes to dancers and finalizing registration, and clerical work such as answering phones, filing and organizing. I also serve as the backstage coordinator during recital time which consists of organizing dancers into their correct rooms as they arrive, assuring they are ready for their stage call and keeping our dancers and teachers on schedule.
As the office manager at Faust Media Services, I am in charge of invoicing, inventory control, filing, record keeping, communicating with customers, estimating, moving jobs from estimating into production and then following through to delivery, and quality control.
As a veterinary technician, my responsibilities included animal care for patients such as kennel clean up, providing clean food and water daily, administering medications as per doctors orders, maintaining a clean and sterile working environment, assisting the doctor with medical procedures and surgeries, animal restraint, taking x-rays, collecting samples for lab work, preparing prescriptions, estimates, speaking with owners regarding their animals diagnosis, patient intake and discharge, administering vaccinations and deworming medicines, greeting clients and preparing their charts for the doctor and processing client payments.
