Established and executed the operational and clinical strategies for growth of the mental health, substance use and primary care delivery services in the largest community behavioral health organizations in Western Pennsylvania, successfully designing and scaling integrated primary care and behavioral health services across a comprehensive and coordinated service array for vulnerable and high-risk individuals with co-occurring physical and behavioral health and social support needs.
