

I am a driven and mission focused leader with a strong record of advancing equity, empowerment, and community centered initiatives. In my role as President, I oversee organizational strategy, guide team coordination, and support programs that strengthen inclusion and community engagement. I bring a collaborative leadership style that prioritizes clear communication, long term vision, and meaningful impact. As Junior Executive at the Shades of Motherhood Network, I contribute to strategic planning, program development, and multi platform communications designed to support and uplift mothers of color. I work closely with community partners, assist in operational decision making, and help deliver initiatives focused on maternal wellness, education, and advocacy. In my role as Diversity Coordinator at Centralia College, I lead efforts to create a more inclusive and equitable campus environment. I plan and execute cultural programs, build strong relationships across campus departments, and assist in shaping policies that reflect the diversity of the student body. Across all positions, I have demonstrated strengths in organizational leadership, relationship building, and turning vision into actionable results.
