• Beulah Heights University, Atlanta, GA, Associate Academic Dean, Accreditation Liaison Officer, 2016, Present, Led the redesign of a fully comprehensive institutional office of assessment to include development of the inaugural 3-year strategic plan, implementation of institutional training initiatives, implementation of enterprise tools to streamline the assessment process and reporting at all levels processes and the development of faculty and library of faculty development resources to create a culture of assessment. Hired and established an aligned, performance‐based team of > 50 faculty and adjunct faculty members who have driven the excellence in teaching philosophy at BHU demonstrated by > 80% institutional retention rate. Champions the implementation strategy for the Association for Biblical Higher Education progress report and served as the lead author for the mini-self-studies and authored several portions resulting in approval for reaffirmation visit. Serves as the institutional accreditation liaison and leads the institutional accreditation efforts for ABHE and TRACS accrediting bodies; responsible for reviewing and recommending updates to the organization's inaugural set of standards. Partnered with senior leaders in marketing, communications, and institutional advancement to create the 2022-2023 President's Annual Report that informed fundraising and development efforts. Led the enterprise-wide redesign and implementation of institutional catalog of courses from Edvance 360 to Brightspace by D2L. Developed and coordinated a new University withdrawal process allowing greater influence and knowledge in student drop-out and stop-out events resulting in early alert system to improve student success > 15% YTD.
• Beulah Heights University, Atlanta, GA, Director of Digital Learning, 2020, 2022, Pioneered the full implementation to a new learning management system as a result of the pandemic which supported 100% online teaching and learning; saved institution $350,000 in savings. Provided strategic oversight of the inaugural distance learning programs, learning management systems, staff, and budget development across degree programs. Directed operations of the universities online programs scheduling, student support, faculty coordination, scheduling, college-wide services - ITS, registrar, and enrollment processing. Managed > 5 strategic relationships and projects with third party service providers for online education programs resulting in > 25% student enrollment increase. Successfully led the team that expanded BHU’s online programs global, allowing residents of Kenya to enroll and receive accredited degrees from BHU. Developed and implemented digital learning strategic plan and policies for online learning, perform yearly program assessments resulting in all degree programs 100% in compliant.
• Beulah Heights University, Atlanta, GA, Director of Doctoral Studies, 2019, 2020, Responsible for serving as the liaison among the graduate faculty, the graduate students, and the graduate school developments in the program that affect the graduate faculty, students and BHU policies and procedures. Managed the college administrative team to ensure that degree programs are nationally recognized as innovators in the field. Increased enrollment by 13% by implementing comprehensive, and inclusive talent recruitment plan. Collaborated with faculty, administrators, and staff to support a scholarly agenda consistent with BHU expectations. Developed the Department's governance structure, to perform responsibilities associated with annual faculty evaluation, and promotion. Led the overall operation of the department through regular faculty meetings, managing the department budget, and open communication.
