
I have been out of the workforce for a couple years now due to medical reasons. I have a lot of skills and experience to bring to the table. I would love to work again and we would both benefit from that opportunity!
At Siefa Bookkeeping Services we managed all aspects of a clients or companies finances; including accounts payables and accounts receivables, with everything behind both, which I will call bookkeeping. I was in charge of keeping every transaction, in every bank account, recorded correctly and backed up by evidence. I reconciled every bank account, through quickbooks, once a month to make sure i didn't miss anything. I would find out exactly what each transaction was for and categorize the transaction with a receipt attached to the bank account it belonged to. We produced various financial reports and did tax filings. I worked with and regularly communicated with many clients/accounts.
I executed daily and month-end accounting procedures using QuickBooks. This includes the timely entry of bills, payment processing, and transaction recording. I prepared and submitted daily deposits and entered all transactions accurately into QuickBooks, maintaining detailed cash and check logs after I deposited the cash and checks into the bank. I collected all payments, that were due to 2 sons plumbing, that were not immediately collected from the plumber. I managed all financial, and human resource, filings correspondences/inquiries from customers and vendors, like child support payments or the Good2Go account, and background checks. I did all of the filing for the whole company. I created payroll.
I was a bartender and waitress. I opened and closed the bar. I took orders and served food and drinks to customers with great customer service. I swept, mopped, stocked, and kept tables and counters clean at all times. I did dishes. I ordered all of the liquor for the bar once a week. I mixed all drinks for the bar and restaurant.
I bartended and also cooked at Seeders. I took the orders, poured the drinks, made their food, cleaned up, kept track of the tabs, and processed the payments. I did dishes. I stocked the bar. I was in charge of the liquor/beer/wine order. I was also in charge of pull tabs via the Tab Wizard system. I served them. I also changed the games out and ordered new ones. I ran, opened, and closed our register, which ran on 2 different POS systems. I always worked the 2 busiest night of the week with only 1 person helping. Not including the cook, on cook hours. They now use 4 people!
I bartended full-time. I completed all liquor, beer, wine, and food orders. Idid inventory regularly! I oversaw that all employees were doing their job in the best interest of the company and customers. I replenished the change daily for employees and did our drops/ deposits. I created daily specials and brought in new products according to customers requests. I did some interviewing, hiring, and ring of bartenders. My daily tasks were balancing register, selling pull tabs (sometimes opening and closing games), ensuring liquor laws were followed, making and serving food, stocking, cleaning, and opening and closing duties. I was also my own bouncer at this bar.
