Summary

I am self-motivated with strong planning, organizational, problem solving, and leadership skills and have an excellent ability to relate to the people I interact with. I am hoping to shift from my role as a full time stay at home parent to a community advocate. I have twelve years’ experience in education working in low socioeconomic schools. I stepped away from education amidst the COVID-19 outbreak and am currently raising my two children. My oldest child has cerebral palsy and I have been an advocate for him for fourteen years, navigating therapies, special education, and numerous doctors. I am an easily adaptable leader and facilitator with an innate ability to interact with diverse audiences and teams. I am diplomatic and charismatic and want to help people to feel valued by admiring their strengths, while challenging them. I have a strong desire to gain a position at a forward-thinking, inclusive environment that allows for personal growth and leadership opportunities.
