• Manage journal entries, collection efforts, reconciliations, and payroll processing.

• Monitor budget allocation and expenditures to enforce compliance with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations by accurately making entries in QBs for our Accountant to prepare federal, state, and local tax filings on time.
• Optimized cash flow management, implementing strategies that minimized cash holding periods.
• Play a key role in strategic decision-making, offering financial analysis that support major company initiatives. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, identifying potential financial vulnerabilities and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain system of internal controls to prevent fraud and abuse.
